Professional and friendly staff; hot items available for breakfast; room was very clean; water refill station near the elevator; mini-fridge kept items cold; Room temperature was comfortable; Ceiling fan was available. Phenomenal Location!
NOTE: We arrived during the renovation work. We knew noise might be an issue. The pool area was also not available. None of those issues were a problem for us. We never heard the construction noise, and we didn't need access to the pool to rate this hotel with high marks.
The sheets could be softer. Although we prefer softer sheets, that doesn't stop us from choosing this hotel.

Hotel’s right across the street from Mall of Asia.
The waters around the hotel is sadly littered with garbage and debris. I understand it’s not the hostel’s property but it’s quite disturbing & disturbing.

The hotel is near to known establishments.
The hotel is somewhat dated, and the walls lack proper soundproofing, which can be disruptive as noise from the corridor and neighboring rooms is easily heard. Parking construction is currently underway, and this was not communicated prior to check-in. However, the hotel is offering alternative parking at a nearby mall.
