The room was clean and the breakfast was good. All the staffs are helpful specially the Receptionist - Mohamed and MR. Ibrahim who were checking on us always to ensure that we are having the best experience in the hotel.

Super friendly staff, always ready to help. I arrived early in the morning and was offered breakfast & an earlier check-in.
The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, breakfast is various.
There are restaurants & groceries (24/7) nearby.
Would be excellent to have a coffee machine in the breakfast area.
The location is a little bit remote from the city center but is achievable via public transport.

Nice decor in restaurant, lobby, corridors. Nice staff.
Staff barely speaks English, leaking facets, notices from adjacent rooms. We used laundry service but the staff lost our receipt so we had to remember what we have for cleaning. I got scam emails and WhatsApp messages, I sent them to the hotel and they did not tell me those are not from them so I paid.
