Wyndham Grand Istanbul Kalamış Marina Hotel

We arrived to the hotel and had some issues with the room and amenities, this was very quickly sorted by the Manager of the hotel who took a personal approach and fixed all of the issues as well as gave us a free upgrade to a much bigger room as well as a small welcome basket. Thank you very much, we appreciated the gesture a lot! The other staff were very helpful also, the concierge and guest relations manager as well Eda Karatas!

Everything was exceptional from start to finish. The staff and service were excellent, in particular: - the private transfer to and from the airport was excellent - staff in the restaurants were very nice and in the lobby. Also the food was very tasty! - the reception staff were also very helpful. In particular I should mention Özgür who was very friendly and helped massively to organise transport and our luggage and lots of questions that we had. - the pool and fitness area was nice and clean - the hotel itself was decorated very nicely - the cleaners were very good and again very friendly

It would be nice if we could tip the staff via credit or debit card. Unfortunately a lot of folk dont carry cash around and it would be nice to be able to provide a tip as the staff were really nice and super friendly. For the half board menu i think it would be beneficial to state that the main courses dont come with any sides. this isnt obvious and so it would help to know so that a person can order sides when their order is being taken.

Le petit dej à 18€ par personne je trouve que ça reste très cher. À l’accueil on nous demande si on va se servir du mini bar on dit que non car il faut payer tant, arriver dans la chambre le mini bar est clôturé à distance si on a achete u une boisson ou autre nous n’avons pas de frigo à disposition pour rafraîchir la boisson et dernière chose la piscine intérieur si vous n’avez pas de bonnet de bain impossible de rentrer mais ils en vendent sur place 20€ 2 bonnet de bain alors que tu payes + de 600€ l’hôtel pour 6 nuits… très abuser
