This hotel was handy to the meeting point of our day tour and the train connections we had to make. Room was very small but relatively clean.
Hotel overall and our room was dated.

Location is excellent. Rooms were spacious.
The beds could use some updating, they were not too comfortable.

Family of 4 from UK - stayed in Japanese family room, futons on floor for kids (who also loved the massage chair!). Was a lovely room, very big for Japan with lobby, living area and bedroom. Cool little bath like a plunge pool too.
Located right outside Hakata station, it would be hard to find somewhere more convenient for the Shinkansen, subway and airport (which is 7 mins on the subway).
Also one of our cheapest rooms in the trip. Our favourite hotel room by far.

It was very convenient location as it is within walking distance to train stations and shopping/dining. There was a massage chair too.
We were a party of 4 ladies in a same room with 2 beds and 2 tatami. The tatami mattress were too thin. Room was big but lacking mirror as the only mirror was in the bathroom. Coffee/tea area no power point for boiling water.

"Location is fantastic. A stone's throw from Hakata Shinkansen station and JR Line stations. Also near to taxi stand so that you can catch a taxi to the airport"
