All the front desk staffs were very nice & helpful (even those trainees were very good also). The location that close to the train station was the top reason to stay. The hotel breakfast (especially the Japan one) was in high quality. The servers for the breakfast were all excellent. After couple days staying they remembered us & provided us a private room for 6 of us. I felt like i was on the cruise ship.
We were there for 7 nights , about the hotel breakfast (Japan style) it's better if they could change the side dishes differently. As for the western style breakfast, the sausage that they provide wasn't my favourite. It could have been substituted with ham, bacon & hash brown as alternative options.

Extremely well located hotel in Fukuoka, just a 2 minute walk away from Hakata station, and 2 stops away from the airport. Plenty of food options nearby.
Check out time was incorrectly stated as 11am on the booking website but in actuality is 9am, but all was sorted out at the front desk.

Staff are really pleasant and speak English quite fluently. They have good quality amenities in the rooms too. Location is good, walkable from Hakata Station even with luggage bags.
Rooms are quite small. The double bed is too tight for 2 persons.
