KOKO HOTEL Premier Hakata

Breakfast was excellent, with a vast variety of quality food to choose from. This includes coffee choices, salads, Japanese items as well as Western items. Friendly restaurant staff are constantly topping up food items and making sure every dish is full. The location is superb. The short walk from Hakata station is very convenient. The laundry facilities is a bonus, especially when travelling for a longer time. The hotel focuses on green choices, hence room servicing every 3 days. Towels can be changed daily if needed with a very efficient system to place your soiled ones outside your door. Clean ones are then placed outside your door in a zippered bag. Any amenities you need or forgot to bring can be picked up in the lobby area, and there is a good selection to choose from.

The rooms are efficient. Having one side of the bed against the wall makes it difficult to get into and out of bed.

Slight odour in hallways

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is within walking distance of the station.

Room size

Could not leave the curtains open or you woukd be seen by the guests of the opposite hotel. Most importantly, I got diarrhea after having the breakfast in two consecutive days.
