Absolutely beautiful views and surroundings. The room was lovely and comfortable, and the pool and bar area were also beautiful.
Rooms with “The View” are quite a long walk away, with plenty of stairs and some steep sections. The room booklet advertised room service, but we were told it wasn’t available. With no fridge in the room, this meant frequent walks back and forth for food and drinks. During heavy rain, some water also seeped under the front door.

Property had a good location and was easy to access and close to the village nearby
The property overlooks another big hotel which is an eyesore - you aren’t shown that in the property photos. The bathrooms in the room are a bit rough and rustic.

This was one of the most beautiful places I have been in all of my travels. I had a view room and each morning I would wake to pure majesty. The food was exquisite and the spa service was exceptional. The staff was some of the kindest and helpful people I have encountered in 5 months of traveling through South East Asia. The gardens and jungle pathways are beautifully groomed and cared for. I intend to return many times in the future.

The replacement room was very good and the breakfast was also very good.
The booked tent room was uninhabitable. It reeked of mold and should not have been rented out.
