If you want a comfortable, charming, gorgeous retreat in Pu Luong, the Pu Luong Boutique Garden is a fantastic choice! It has all the things you'd want in a rural Vietnam getaway: a beautiful view, serene vibe, comfortable room/bed, helpful and friendly staff, good food. Whether watching a thunderstorm from our balcony, swimming in the larger-than-expected and delicious pool, hiking the nearby trails to the village, or just reading in our charming room, we were at peace while there. All the staff were great and accommodating. They arranged massages and a private tour of local culture. Our 3 days there were the highlight of our Vietnam trip.

A bit of construction going on in the resort, so a bit noisy at times. But the rebuild of the cottages will soon ne done. Our room at the back and balcony not the best view and location.

If it were only about the breathtaking view and the staff, I would have given this hotel a 10/10. The room was beautiful, and the staff were incredibly kind, caring and always ready to help.

Unfortunately, major construction work was taking place within the hotel itself during my stay, starting before 7 a.m. and continuing until almost 6 p.m., with very loud machinery. As my room was one of the closest to the construction area, I unfortunately could not fully enjoy the balcony, the beautiful view over the rice fields or the sunsets in peace. The staff were very understanding and apologetic when I mentioned it, but no alternative room was offered. I completely understand that the construction is not their fault, but I would have appreciated being informed beforehand. Some reviews mentioned the construction, but they were almost a year old. The restaurant was very good, although quite expensive, and there is sometimes a slight tendency to encourage guests to order more, while always respecting a “no”. Accessibility is also currently quite difficult due to the dirt and muddy road.

L’hôtel est dans un bel environnement. La piscine est agréable. Nous n’avons pas testé le restaurant et sommes montés au niveau de la route.

Notre chambre qui était la 202 derrière les cuisines est proche d’habitation, c’était une vue jardin mais plutôt une vue sur la maison des voisins !! Les habitants font du feu pour leur cuisine qui rentre dans la chambre, le coq sous la terrasse qui chante en pleine nuit. J’imaginais meilleure prestation. Repos difficile.
