Being next to a railway station was convenient.
The area is very dodgy.

Comfy beds and a nice kitchen. Also close to store and S-bahn.
The sofa was a little bit dirty.

La proximité avec le ring
Le check in and out facile

Great location and lovely Room. Property was clean and have all amenities I needed for my short trip.
I was in an adjoining room which was occupied by someone I did not know. There was very little sound proofing and a gap underneath the door which let in light from the other room while I was sleeping. I could hear the other guest walking around, watching videos on their phone and even when in the bathroom. In my opinion these rooms are not fit to be sold in their current state unless the other room is unoccupied or unless the adjoining door is open as a two bedroom setup.
