The hotel was exactly what we needed on the road. Was nice and perfect location on the east side. We could go out and enjoy a nice evening in Berlin. The staff was very nice and parking is provided. Room was good. We recommend for a short stay.

although outside the city centre the hotel is easily placed to get a direct train to the centre quickly.

First of all, I would like to highlight the very friendly and helpful staff. I consider it a very high-quality hotel. I would also like to mention the breakfast, which was delicious.

The bed was very comfortable.
We paid for the XL room, which was supposed to come with bathrobes and slippers but it took 2 days to get them. I hadn’t brought a dressing gown as I was expecting a bathrobe. They said that the room wouldn’t be cleaned but I was surprised that the cups in our room were not washed or replaced. When we got there there were 2 bottles of water, tea bags and coffee pods, as I would expect for a supposedly 4 star hotel but this was never replenished during our 7 day stay. I do not consider this hotel to be 4 star at all.
