We picked this hotel because it is located in our favorite area in Rome. Rooms were large. Bed was comfortable. Staff was amazing.
The difficulty in entering. A key card would be more helpful. We were afraid of our phone dying one time and not being able to enter.

Excellent location, well furnished room, perfectly clean, great staff, free capsule coffee in the room, free toileteries and slippers
Our room overlooked the dark courtyard behind the building. So room was a but dark, we needed to turn on lights during the day.
But you can open the windows and get fresh air.

Location was excellent. Found the room quite.
There wasn't any kind of shelving in the bathroom to store your toiletries. Would have been nice to have some kind of shelving.
