St tropez est situé au coeur de isla verde et juste à côté de l'hôtel san juan et casinos et discothèque et plus encore. Grande vie nocturne. Aéroport à seulement 7 min en voiture de la propriété et la plage à seulement 10 minutes à pied. 1 chambre à coucher apt. Sommeil 4 avec plein dessus de cuisinière, micro-ondes, mixeur, cafetière, verrerie, couverts, casseroles et grille-pain. Lit queen size et queen size fulton qui ouvrent et confortable. Grande télé à écran plat dans le salon avec wi-fi et le câble prêt. Les draps et serviettes sont fournis. Aussi 4 chaises de plage et 2 refroidisseur. un parking gratuit également. Propriété ont également une grande belle piscine magnifique de 3 pieds à 8 pieds de profondeur. Je pense tous les invités à agir de manière responsable et respectueuse. Est interdit de fumer dans l'appartement que le balcon autorisé. S'il vous plaît désactiver un / c et de la lumière quand vous n'êtes pas dans l'apt. L'électrique est 3x plus cher que les États-Unis. S'il vous plaît ne pas utiliser passagers ascenseur tout en portant votre maillot de bain le service d'utilisation ascenseur. Lorsque, dans le hall d'accueil des clients doivent porter une chemise ou couvrir quand venant de la piscine ou la plage. Ils doivent également être taries et non mouillé dans le hall et les ascenseurs.

Our family recently enjoyed a pleasant stay at this VRBO condo. While the decor has a charming, dated feel and the unit faces the street, leading to some ambient city noise from crowds, cars, and even airplanes, we found it didn't detract from our experience as we're accustomed to city living.The condo truly offered all the conveniences of home, making our stay very comfortable. We especially appreciated the small kitchen, which was great for our needs, the beautiful pool, and the handy laundry facilities right in the building. The location is incredibly convenient – just a short walk to the beach, with an abundance of restaurants, a grocery store, and a pharmacy close by. Getting around was a breeze, as taxis, bus stops, and Ubers were readily available right outside the building.This rental was perfect for our family, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere that genuinely felt like staying at a beloved Tio's home.For future guests, we'd gently suggest clearer instructions regarding the check-out process and a simple guide for using the TV/remote. These minor improvements would make an already great stay even smoother.Overall, we had a wonderful time and would recommend this spot for small families looking for a convenient and comfortable base for their vacation!

Where do I begin. The day of arrival July 18th we had no water in the apartment. The kitchen is very outdated. Some of the cabinets look like they were glued together. The counters are scratched/damaged in certain areas. The cooktop stove is the same way, I would not recommend using the stove.The shower head had a water heater that plugs in to the wall right by the shower. That was very alarming.( never seen this) The water heater has a blue material coming out of the side and there is a suspicious wire around the base of the heater. The ceiling of the bathroom above the shower needs repair. The area needs to be checked for mold ( saw reddish material on ceiling) and then filled in because the paint is peeling there. We had to use a mop handle to close and lock the bedroom patio door. It would not lock and the other one only closed because we put the handle in the other door. I am sure that is how the cool air gets out and bugs can get in when the mop handle is not in there to close it. The day before we left we encountered a roach that was crawling across the floor which came from under the front door from the hallway because of the gap at the bottom of the door. We had a previous problem with a refund thru Vrbo. We could not have more of our money tied up again in that same time period so we endured the stressful stay. Since the owner does not live in PR he needs to have someone check his property and make needed improvements. I am fluent in both English, and Spanish.
