This Ocean Side High-rise Condominium is located in the heart of Isla Verde. Puerto Rico's #1 tourist destination. The unit features a panoramic view of the city from the balcony. Free internet/Wi-Fi access. Isla Verde beach is right behind the condo. This 1-bedroom condo is fully furnished with 1 Queen size bed and a Full-size sofa futon bed in the living room. It can sleep 4 people. It features a modern kitchen with appliances and a modern bathroom. The condo has 2 very quiet (mini split) remote air conditioners, 1 exclusive parking space for peace of mind parking and 24-hour front desk security guard. Loved my stay. Only steps from the beach with plenty of great places to eat along the strip. Pueblo Supermarket is nearby so you can get everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The host responded quickly to any questions and provided beach chairs and wheel cooler. Would definitely stay again.

My host Gabriel was great always notified and kept in touch if I need to find something or places to eat and if he had any updates.Gabriel the host was always with a quick response and also has a great condo and awesome location right next to the beach. The strip where the condo is you have everything you want…. Thank for a great stay……

Gabriel is very welcoming! His condo has everything you need for the beach which is a block away walking. It’s really easy to walk or take Uber everyplace around here. Everyone is so nice. The restaurants are good whether you want fast food or Puerto Rican food, you can have it all. Starbucks is just down the street by beach or sidewalk. I’ll be back.
