I have stayed at this home 2 years in a row. The location is perfect. The place is very clean. AC cools down the house fast. One of the best things is that the hosts Karen and Buddy make sure the house is stocked. Things like paper towels and toilet paper. Utensils and plenty of cooking stuff. They have beach chairs and towels. This place is the best place I have stayed in, and I have been going to OOB for 15 years. BTW the hot tub is amazing!!

Of all VRBOs our family has ever stayed in, this one surpassed them all in cleanliness. The house had everything we needed for our week long stay and was even well stocked with paper towel and toilet paper. The backyard with hot tub, picnic table, grill and fire pit was an added bonus. The walk to the beach is very close and even though the beach and pavilion area are super busy and populated this time of year, you felt away from it all at this cottage. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.

Such a wonderful cottage. Modern appliances, exceptional decor, comfortable and welcoming. The hot tub is spacious and perfectly situated for privacy. Quiet neighborhood and close proximity to Old Orchard Beach and downtown as well as grocery store, dining and a beautiful golf course.

Karen & Buddy's place in OOB is in a great location, just a short walk from the beach and the action along the Pier, but set just far enough away that you still have a peaceful retreat from the hustle, bustle and nightlife. Clean and spacious, this was a perfect house for us. We will definitely be back!
