Avis et évaluations

This hotel is located in the heart of the city. We loved it as a base to explore, but also really enjoyed being able to access the spa and rooftop pool area as a place to relax as well. The breakfast was great, lots of choice and a beautiful outdoor space to start the day. The staff at the hotel were all exceptionally helpful.
Our room was quite dark, but it was also cosy.

Hosts went out of their way to accommodate my mobility issues. They provided prompt transportation to and from bus station , airport and port.
The area felt a bit isolated for walking to things

The location was excellent.
The staff were really helpful, they did everything I asked for, in a very friendly, pleasant manner.
I wouldn’t say I did not like it, but was a bit of a disappointment. There is a pool, but it is not a swimming one. Only small children would benefit from it.
The shower head is positioned in such a way, that you cannot avoid making the floor wet.
The mugs are fine for cold drinks, but they have no handles, so having a nice hot cup of tea is difficult.

Emplacement
L’absence de rigueur du personnel. Certains très bien et d’autres pas à l hauteur . Petit déjeuner jamais prêt à l’heure et personnel pas agréable ni accueillant le matin .
