Very helpful, friendly and attentive staff. The overall facility was very clean and modern. Room was nicely laid out and decorated with plenty of room, which was just as advertised. Distance to Palermo town and attractions was an added plus. Breakfast was a nice mix and coffee available. Air conditioning worked really well and so welcomed after a day out in Palermo
I am a light sleeper. I found that one of the windows could have closed tighter to block road noise.
Nothing else about this location was an issue.

The room and bathroom were beautiful, modern and clean
Location easy access to sights
The entrance was smelly ; garbage bags as you enter do not a good feel
Breakfast could be a bit earlier : 8:30 USA bit late if catching a tour
