I really liked the location of the hotel. It was conveniently located close to the city center and the train station, which made it very easy to get around. I also really enjoyed the breakfast; there was a great variety of options and everything was very complete. It was a great way to start the day.

"I spent a week at the Park Plaza Hotel Utrecht and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and conveniently located right near the train station. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and modern, and the breakfast was delicious every morning. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Utrecht!"

Location to city centre and central train station was good.
Despite opting out of the ‘eco’ scheme and leaving our make up our room sign daily we never had any housekeeping attend our room in 3 days. This meant that we had no clean towels or supplies of tea coffee and toilet rolls etc.
I had to attend reception on our final morning to obtain room supplies for myself and my wife with no explanation from reception staff as to why this happened.
At over €220 per night this was very poor service and not what is expected of a 4 star hotel.
