Hotel Croatia

We both loved the location, I picked it because it was close to the airport and also, the town looked lovely. We were excited to be able to use the gym facilities too after not having had access to any for over a month. The pools and spa facilities were also a wonderful feature to have. Our room included breakfast and it was awesome with lots of choices. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The gym is quite tired looking and there were no mirrors.

We have just spent five wonderful days at Hotel Croatia, and our stay was truly memorable. First and foremost, we would like to express our sincere appreciation to the two exceptional waitresses, Francisca and Mora. They were absolutely amazing! Both of them demonstrated the highest level of professionalism, kindness and genuine care for the guests. No matter how busy the restaurant was or how crowded it sometimes became, they always remained calm, smiling and incredibly attentive. They did everything in their power to make every guest feel welcome and to fulfil every request. Their positive attitude and warm smiles made a real difference to our stay. They are a true asset to the hotel and deserve special recognition. The hotel itself is beautifully located, surrounded by stunning scenery and the unique atmosphere of Cavtat. The setting is simply breathtaking and makes the hotel a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the Adriatic. We were also pleasantly surprised by a lovely birthday gesture prepared for us by the hotel. It was a very thoughtful and touching surprise, especially as we were celebrating a special birthday and our wedding anniversary during our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at Hotel Croatia and felt very well looked after. We are leaving with beautiful memories and would certainly love to come back. Thank you to the entire team, and especially to Francisca and Mora, for making our stay so special! We will definitely return.

New design rooms look great but very little storage more cupboards or draws for clothes needed!

La chambre et son confort (literie et équipement)

Zone Spa - Piscine, piscine très froide pas accueillante, la température du lieu froide également, la zone sauna - Hammam ne fonctionnant pas bien, ou complètement hors de service. Le personnel travaillant dans cette zone est pas accueillant, ni bienveillant. La restauration: produit alimentaire pas qualitatif, bas de gamme. Les aliments frais ne sont pas tenus au frais durant l’intégralité du service. Personnel faisant le « service », non chalant, on a clairement l’impression de les « emmerder » Pour finir lors de la dernière nuitée, un groupe de jeune de 16-18 ans, logeant à notre étage, qui était là pour faire la fête (claquement de porte, cris, chants, course dans les couloirs), on se serai cru dans un internat, inadmissible pour un hôtel 5* ou l’on vient pour se ressourcer ! Nous avons eu l’impression d’être dans un hôtel pour les parties communes, vieillissant, mal entretenue. Nous ne vous conseillons pas cette hôtel !
