Remisens Hotel Albatros-All inclusive

Hotel staff very friendly and helpful, food excellent, location stunning, facilities excellent.

Decor is a bit bland. Dining room is like a canteen....but the food was superb.

All inclusive drinks are poor, spirits and cocktails are cheap and poor quality plus served in awful paper canteen style cups

We were stranded by a plane cancellation and the staff were extremely friendly and sympathetic. There was a good selection of food at the buffet and the room was comfortable.

The coffee at breakfast was not good.

The location was great. A 12 min walk to Cavtat town. There are a lot of options for food. The buffet is huge. The pool area is nice. And the AC worked great.

The buffets for meals are confusing. And was very busy. You are on your own the find a table. And it’s self serve for drinks and confusing to find a glass of wine or drink on your first time. Maybe should be explained when you go down. The AI drinks were just ok. I went with an open mind thinking I wouldn’t really care, but they weren’t great. And only certain drinks are included. For example an Aperol Spritz is not included. They drinks just taste a little weird - hard to explain. The view from view 246 was very good. But I expect the trees would block views of rooms above.
