The location was so central and easy to access. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was equally very good.
The shower head was fixed to the wall. It would have been easier to have a movable one.

Location. It was a short walk to pubs. Restaurants and the Barbican.
Bed was too firm for us and pillows were again too hard.

Rooms were quiet on the 5th floor.
The bar area was decent enough.
Good location for the university open days.
They provided vouchers for a free drink on arrival.
Our room was pretty tired.
The beds felt very firm as did the pillows.
The bathroom needed repainting and the buttons were missing off the toilet flush.
The worst part was the car park below…..although not owed by the hotel, it was in a shocking condition.
