The hotel reception staff were very helpful and friendly. We stayed in the Milton Room which was small but we liked the decor and the bathroom was a good size. We had a meal with friends in the evening which we all enjoyed.
Our shower didn't work particularly well and was therefore disappointing. The towel rail didn't work.
The shutters on the window did not meet up and although there was a curtain the radiator was behind this, so the warmth escaped out the window.

Great room, roomy and well presented, bathroom was clean.
Extractor fan not operational in the bathroom so mirrors and windows steamed up, shower was luke warm in the morning despite being run for some time in the hope it would warm up.
