Outstanding service that went above and beyond. The room was incredible with gorgeous views, super comfortable bed, pillow menu, special attention and treats brought by the staff including night turn down. Best stay of our entire trip! We should have just stayed there the entire time! I didn't want to leave.

Great location. While not close to the main mosques, bazaars etc it is a great place to unwind having been in the thick of crowded tourist areas which are really not that hard to get to. Breakfast was outstanding. We ate out most nights but the dinner we had in The Gazebo was very good. We were a little unlucky with the weather so couldn't try out the grill on the waterfront. The smoking bar is pretty good and if you like Shisha/hookah (not us) it is a very chilled bar to do just that either indoors or outside.
There was a slight smell of drains when we used the shower.

The view to the Bosporus is very partial whereas in the given information in the time of reservation you are given the impression that the room has a full view of the Bosporus.
With the same price, I would have preferred another hotel.
