Hilton Istanbul Maslak

Our stay at Hilton Istanbul Maslak was truly wonderful, largely thanks to the exceptional hospitality of the front desk team. I would especially like to express my sincere gratitude to Osman, Erdi, and Kubilay, who went above and beyond to make our family stay comfortable and memorable. They were incredibly helpful in rearranging our existing reservation and finding us more suitable room where our family could comfortably spend time together. Their professionalism, flexibility, kindness, and genuine dedication to guest satisfaction made all the difference. I would also like to thank the bell service team, particularly Yunus and Göktuğ, as well as two other colleagues whose names I unfortunately did not get. All four were helpful and courteous, assisting us with our luggage and making our arrival, departure, and movements around the hotel more convenient. Their assistance was much appreciated, and I would like to extend my thanks to the entire bell service team. Everything else about the hotel was excellent, and we particularly appreciated the warm hospitality and outstanding service from the reception team. We left with wonderful memories of our family gathering. Many thanks to Osman, Erdi, and Kubilay for making it possible. They are a real credit to Hilton!

Our only disappointment was an unpleasant experience in the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi area. We noticed two guests smoking near the bar inside the enclosed pool area, yet the bartender did not intervene or seem concerned about it. However, the same bartender later approached our family while we were enjoying the pool and jacuzzi and asked us to keep our voices down while there were no other guests except us in the pool area. We found this quite inappropriate and uncomfortable. It was particularly disappointing that smoking in an enclosed recreational area appeared to be tolerated, while a family simply enjoying their time together in the pool was asked to be quieter. We completely understand the importance of respecting other guests, but we would expect hotel staff to apply reasonable standards consistently, especially regarding indoor smoking and guest comfort. This was the only negative experience during an otherwise excellent stay, and we hope hotel management will take it into consideration.

Stuff was very professional at the same time kind. I had very nice exchenger with Rastin, Asya, Leyla, Sefa and Süleyman.

The only thing that bothered me was the toilet brush. It was clean and smelled strongly of bleach, but it looked quite worn and well-used, and there was hair tangled around it. It might just be me being a little picky 😅

It was Beautiful and the staff was so respectful and nice.

Uncomfortable power outlets placements, blocked city view, awful room smell (it was a smoking room, but it was unbearable), broken towel hanger, illogical interior, very uncomfortable, 1 micron thick slippers, not enough water in the room, scheduled alarm worked in the bathroom. Card system in the elevator is ridiculous! Stuff is really nice, but It feels like this hotel chain hates you.
