VIVA Cala Mesquida Suites & Spa Adults Only 16

From the moment we arrived, we received 5-star service! The hotel is absolutely stunning, and we were welcomed with a lovely glass of cava on arrival. We were also delighted to discover that we were part of the Selection Club, which offers an enhanced level of service, despite not having paid a premium price for our holiday. It was such a lovely surprise and really set the tone for our stay. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a fantastic variety of hot and cold options, including smoked salmon, cereals, fresh fruit, meats and cheeses. Every member of staff we encountered was efficient, polite and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile. We particularly enjoyed the spa facilities, especially the pool with its water jets and waterfall — the perfect place to relax and unwind. The beach is just a five-minute walk away and is absolutely lovely. As Selection Club guests, we also had access to a dedicated room where we could collect complimentary beach towels and enjoy snacks and drinks. This was another fantastic perk that made our holiday even more special. All the staff deserve a special mention for their outstanding service, but a particular thank you to Bernhard from Guest Services, who went above and beyond to make our stay truly memorable. We had a wonderful holiday and would highly recommend VIVA Cala Mesquida Suites & Spa to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with beautiful surroundings, excellent facilities and exceptional service. We would definitely love to return!

We enjoyed the immunities at the complex and the hotel and facilities were very clean and uncrowded

We were disappointed that inflatables were not allowed in swimming pool, even though it was an adult only and laying on a Lilo was very calm and peaceful

Personnel très agréable, efficace et chaleureux. Activités proposées gratuitement. Concerts le soir.

Le seul petit point négatif : bruit des couloirs qui s'entend dans les chambres.

The room was clean

The room looked out onto the parking lot and smelled of sewage. The food at the buffet was not very good.
