Hoianese Quiet Old Town Hotel - Cultural Experiential Hotel

Highlights: The staff were the real highlight of our stay, so warm, welcoming and helpful, and always happy to assist our group. The hotel was very clean, with good-sized rooms, soft fresh linen and comfortable beds. The location was excellent: quieter than staying in Old Town, but still an easy walk away, with lots of more affordable places to eat and drink nearby.

The bathroom has a raised spa bath to step into and a low shower head, and the tiled floor can be very slippery, so it may be challenging for taller guests or anyone with mobility issues.

Had a wonderful stay at the Hoianese Quiet. The room was clean, stylish, and great value for money. The hotel is a short walking distance from the old town, and rents bicycles at a reasonable rate to explore beyond there. Breakfast is worth splashing out for, with a good variety of international and Vietnamese options that can be ordered a la carte. The highlight of the stay, however, was the incredible service and attention to detail. The receptionists (Spring, Kimmi and Lily) were just the friendliest people, and were willing to share recommendations and answer any questions. Likewise, little touches like having complimentary filtered water available with a couple of bottles waiting in the fridge showed a sustainability mindset and thought into the needs of guests.

Incredible hotel, rooms, and hospitality! Truly value for money. The staff were so helpful and friendly, they went above and beyond to give us the best experience. If you are booking this hotel for the walking tour and history tour make sure to check in advance which days it's being held on because we got there and found out that our check in and check out was such that we weren't going to be able to attend either. However, once again the staff were angels and they specially arranged for us to join another walking tour and that ended up being a highlight of our Hoi An trip! They even gave us a little traditional parting gift while checking out. The diy Vietnamese coffee station near the reception was a thoughtful addition which we thoroughly enjoyed.
