Good hotel, but staff let it down The hotel itself was good value for money. Our room was a good size, and overall the facilities were good. Unfortunately, the experience was let down by the lack of communication from the staff. On check-in, we weren’t given any information about breakfast, where the pool was located, or even where to find our room. This was very disappointing and made the arrival experience unnecessarily confusing. We also received a WhatsApp message around four hours after checking in asking what time we would be arriving, which was quite surprising as we had already checked in. The hotel has a lot going for it, and with better communication and a more welcoming check-in experience, it could be a much better stay.

The hotel is beautiful (pool, spa…), and the staff were really nice. The room was big and confortable.

Location and friendly staff.

Rooms were dated and the bathroom needs to ne remodernised. It didnt look too clean and I didnt want to use it. I dont think i had a window in my room it felt like a prison.
