Super good experience. The VIEW is totally worth it .. more than that the STAFF is super attentive for every minor details. We stayed to 2 nights and had a great experience. Rooms were also good with on time service.

Great location and great facilities in the resort. Very polite and helpful staff
A gym is missing . The toilet could be cleaner for property of this stature. The breakfast has many varieties but the authentic South Indian breakfast taste is missing. That’s a massive surprise given that this is in Tamil Nadu state ! Something is missing in the menu at the cooks cook breakfast . The western options are ok but where has the Indianness gone

I was told room will be ready at 1 pm, but it was not ready
Receptionist said buffet dinner is available at 20% discount and i paid around 3300/- for two of us. But the quality of the food was not that worth. I understand the location is on a hill station and cant be compared with a city hotel buffet, but when they are charging high, they should keep items so that guests feel that this is worth even if lot of items are not there.
