The staff, The staff, The staff - The hotel staff at the Lobby and at the Restaurant were amazingly professional and yet friendly. Each of one them deserve a pat, and some roses of compliments. The breakfast and dinner is absolutely delicious. They go beyond the role and duty to provide what is not in the menu subject to their limitations ofcourse, and we understood that. Suggest others who plan to stay here to sign up front for Lunch or dinner as you book the hotel stay. Breakfast is complimentary in any case. Their Vegetable and flower garden inside the premises is interesting. Every night the fireside camp added to the lovely cold weather in September last week.

Room Bathroom required repair almost every day for some problem or the other. Housekeeping needs to check rooms before we check-in. But kudos to their prompt response and rectifying it without delays. Having to pay up the room tariff upfront before arrival in full which is so unlike other ITC hotels.
