My room was very comfortable in the part of the hotel with the lift. It had plenty of hot water for showers and a great big bed. There’s a machine for hot or cold water in each landing so was able to make tea to enjoy in my room.
I stayed a second time in the same trip and had a room above the kitchen in an area with no lift. Late night and early morning kitchen noise wasn’t the best. The hotel was full so they couldn’t move my room. The room I had was very comfortable otherwise.

The location was good. About a 10-minute walk to Kennedy Park or to the shopping centre.
Hot water pressure was terrible
Noise from other rooms was heard easily (including a 4am phone alarm going off). Road noise can also be heard.
