The stuffs were really nice, the place was clean and the breakfast was nice it was kids friendly too. Recommend for families

Just that the rooms didn’t have closets to put clothes that means we had to put everything on the the bed or luggage

Very disappointing breakfast experience. I was feeling nauseous and could barely eat, so I only had a coffee and made one small sandwich to take with me. A staff member approached me in an extremely rude and aggressive manner, saying I was not allowed to take food outside unless I paid extra. I understand hotel rules, but there is absolutely no excuse for speaking to a guest this way. He confronted me loudly enough that everyone around us turned and looked at me. I felt publicly humiliated, especially because my child was standing right next to me and witnessed the entire situation.I also felt singled out. The breakfast itself is very limited for €13 per person, with not even basic hot options such as scrambled eggs or omelettes. The reception staff were polite, but the behaviour of this particular breakfast employee was completely unacceptable and seriously affected our stay.
