Very nice location in a quiet and green area. Breakfast was ok and in a nice glass room.
There were ants walking around the room, bathroom and some came on the bed. I understand it is middle of the summer but it shouldn't happen. The guy who checked us in could get a crash course in being service minded.
Also "one room- one key card only" is a bit outdated isn't it?

Excellent location. There was a Lidle in 7 minutes from the property and a nice Bäckerei. Placed in a very nice erea of Hamburg! It was nice just to walk around and feel this warm atmosphere of this residential area!
Room was clean and nice. Not very big, but included everything we needed. We would like to stay there again!
And the check in/out policy is soooo cool! Check in after 13 and check out before 12! That's perfect!
Probably nothing, at least for us!

L'accueil était déplorable : le comportement et le traitement des clients étaient totalement inadmissibles, et aucune information ne leur a été fournie. À notre arrivée, nous avons dû demander nous-mêmes la clé de notre chambre, alors que le rôle du réceptionniste est justement de nous guider après nous l'avoir remise
