Location and above all the cleanliness. The room size is comfortable. Surrounded with convenient shops within walking distance. The staff are helpful and always the small effort to make guest welcome eg. welcome drink and refreshing towel at the reception and free can drinks in mini bar.
My place to stay for our visit to St Anne Bukit Mertajam.
They will be changing name to new hotel group by end of December 2026. All the best to the management.
Maybe nicer sofa in Lobby.

nice location. great staff. parking was convenient. surrounded with a lot food options. Near to penang bridge with easy access. Overall, would recommended this hotel. Plus renovation works on-going to upgrade.

The hotel was located in a restaurant zone, so there were many restaurants right in front of it. Breakfast was good. The shower area in the bathroom was a bit small, but not much of an issue. The hotel was running full, so I did not get early check-in. It seems the hotel is going to be taken over by Marriott.
There is no good view from the hotel room.
