Location was fantastic, the apartment was spotless, everything you needed and more, special added touches were really appreciated, and lastly the car park space was a real asset.

Had a great stay at The Sussex. Very central to Belfast. Had all the amenities and comforts needed. Cheryl was incredibly helpful and excellent on the phone. Our check in went very smoothly thanks to her help!
Bathrooms could have been cleaner.

The location was excellent, within easy walking distance to central Belfast. The apartment is very comfortable and clean, including a washing machine. It was good to have parking as well. The treats were appreciated. The staff were helpful when contacted.
I felt uncomfortable uploading a photo of our passports for check-in. Usually a deposit is pending. Having the large deposit actually deducted inconvenienced cash flow at the end of our trip. The wifi network dropped out at about 8pm on both nights and the tv could not be used after that.
