這次住502號房，兩個人入住，房間有4張床，兩張雙人床與兩張單人床鋪(塌塌米房)。 1.床很好睡，空間也很大，與照片並無差別，離難波地鐵站相當近，附近就很好逛了。 2.住宿方回應速度快且相當有禮貌，會在住宿前一天給予大門密碼與房間密碼。 3.密碼輸入方式會給予指示圖，簡潔清楚。 4.我住的502號房乾淨整潔，非常不錯!

1.廚房中的鍋鏟已經被其他客人燒壞掉了，所以這次沒用到，其他用具都很齊全，連兒童餐具都有，但抹布、廚房紙巾是沒有的喔。 2.就如其他評論所說，因為附近較為熱鬧，所以半夜是會有些許喧嘩聲音的，如果對噪音敏感的人需要留意；但我因為這幾天都走很多路，所以很快就睡著了，並不困擾哈哈

The location of the property is very strategic and is very close to the main Dotonbori area. Train stations were very close and was just a short walk. The house itself was very clean and well kept, complete with all the needed stuff for travellers like extra towels and even a foot massager!

Nothing, the stay was perfect and complete.

Very comfortable apartment.

The apartment is a good size for four people, and the bed was comfortable. It’s located in a great area with plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. The location is also very convenient and very close to the city center.

Unfortunately, there were several issues during our stay. We arrived two hours before the official check-in time and only went up briefly to leave our luggage before going out again. We were charged ¥3,000 for the two hours (¥1,500 per hour), plus tax on top of the ¥3,000. We felt this was unreasonable, especially since we only left our luggage and went out again without actually using the apartment. The apartment also did not have hot water when we arrived. We had to contact the host to find out how to turn on the water heater, and it took some time to receive a response. We also could not find the Wi-Fi name or password and had to contact them again and wait for a response. Overall, the apartment did not feel fully prepared for our arrival, which was particularly inconvenient after a long day of traveling. On our final day, we had an issue with our return flight and asked if we could extend our stay for one additional night. We were initially told that it was possible, but then we were told that we would have to move to another apartment. Instead of allowing us to remain in the apartment we had already stayed in for five days, we were offered another apartment at a very high additional price, with tax added on top. We did not accept and decided to stay at another hotel instead. We were disappointed with how the situation was handled. After staying for five days, we felt that when we needed an additional night, our situation was being taken advantage of rather than being treated with reasonable flexibility.
