Helpful friendly staff on Reception and at breakfast. Room was spotless and well serviced. Excellent selection of good quality food at breakfast.
I hadn't realised the hotel was in the heart of the red light district with transactions and altercations only a few yards away, especially at night.

What our family liked the most was the excellent Customer centric, friendly and professional assistance provided by Shahid Kapoor - Front Desk Manager. He made our stay a wonderful one and such employees make guests to come back to the hotel as well as to recommend to friends. Great guy and convey the regards of our family to him pl.
