Very good experience! The staff was very nice and helpful. The location is great if you start or end your tour in Nyungwe Forest, the view is amazing and the food too!
We even went for a short run around the area in the forest it was nice :)
Nothing !

1. The staff was helpful and friendly
2. The view is just amazing. Surrounding areas are quiet and peaceful.
3. Breakfast was good although it was basic. Food is good in general.
1. Some of the facilities were not so great .. e.g. water pressure in the shower room
2. They do not provide drinking water

Amazing view and location. Tents not available, but the rustic cabins were simple, clean and perfect for spending a night before some long hikes
Took a while for food to come out, and breakfast to be served, but these are very minor points in the the grand scheme of things.

Room beautiful with a massive shower
unfortunately the shower stank, drain very slow to drain and the hot water was a myth
