The location is close to the highway road .
Satisfactory.
The only challenge is that it's in a close.
The apartment needs a housekeeper who can clean up and change bedding for long staying guests

For my work, I do stay in different places as required for some days and this is The best place I have ever stayed-in in Bujumbura so far! Clean, extremely Calm, secure. Overseas STANDARDS! BEST SLEEP I HAVE EVER HAD😊
The owner Eric is very welcoming and his staff is very professional, discreet and always ready to help.

Best place if you want a calm place to work on a project or if you are just holidaying with family or friends.
No direct hot water from the shower but the owner explained to me that the apartments have just been finished and that this should also be fixed soon!
