The host communicated well and made check-in and check-out very easy - which was a godsend, as I had to book this at the last minute due to a cancellation. The apartment is very large and was comfortable for my party of seven. The facilities and furnishings are good and everything was as advertised in the listing.

Nice and tidy
Big apartment with 3 separate bedrooms
Not related to this apartment but IMPORTANT:
Number plates of our car got stolen at night while parked next to the apartment on public road.
Apparently, this is a known scam in Erevan! Make sure to park at paid parking only or take of your (foreign) number plates!!!
Sounds funny, but this will save you some euros, nerves, planning and time…
