The room was very spacious and clean. The location was very convenient for walking through the streets of Naples. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They even upgraded our room!
The breakfast was delicious with lots of choices.

A real Neapolitan experience. First, entrance through a midget door to get to the elevator, where you are supposed to have 10 cent change, if not, three floors by stairs with all your belongings… Then, a Neapolitan ”upgrade”, meaning that we are moved to another hotel, 50 meters up the street. So, three floors down, a short walk and two floors up, free elevator this time, half a floor down and then we are finally at our room. To be honest, a bottle of Italian prosecco to compensate for the ”upgrade” and the room was immaculate. Good breakfast, as well.

Quirky property in a great location.
Staff were super friendly and couldn’t have done more. We had to leave early on our final night and without asking, we found breakfast outside our room, which was a nice surprise.

L'emplacement et le petit-déjeuner
La literie etait horrible, l'hôtel est mal insonorisé et une partie du personnel est tres bruyant y compris le soir, le wifi fonctionne par intermittence
