The standout qualities of Annunziata B&B are its rooftop terrace - an absolute gem - and the friendly staff. St Elmo’s room has a lovely enclosed balcony with a gorgeous view of its namesake.
The street it is on looks rather rundown but once you are on the 6th floor it’s a different world! The shower was a bit unreliable and the wc flush lacked force.

The staff was absolutely amazing! The rooftop terrace was perfect! Walkability for restaurants and shopping was great! Great breakfast included on rooftop each morning. Elevators a plus!!
Small room, no ice machine, key card is used for entry, elevator, & electricity so when you leave, you have to take it and. A/C shuts off. When you come back A/C has to start all over to cool things down. It was really hot when we went.

Plenty of choice with the breakfast and always served with a smile. Great location with no noise from the nearby town. Lovely views from the terrace including the harbour and Mount Vesuvius. Maria is the perfect host, very attentive but never intrusive. If we were to stay in Naples again this would be our choice of accommodation and we would happily recommend it.
Nothing. All good.

Great location in an interesting building. The bed was really comfortable, the room was quiet and cool so we slept well. Our balcony and the roof terrace had superb views. Maria Laura was incredibly helpful and gave recommendations for places to eat and plenty of travel tips. We noticed her going to great lengths to help other guests plan their time in the area as well.
