Staff friendly and helpful. Area to relax. Good selection for breakfast. Very good location. Near the stations and tourist attractions.
Disappointed no tea or coffee making facilities in room, even though coffee freely available downstairs.

The room was functional as expected. It was in a corner area so it was quiet. Location was a few minutes walk to the Kobenhavn Station - Metro and Country trains which was very convenient. There were also food places that was an easy walk - Pizza place, convenient store, and grocery shop which was helpful for daily food and drinks. It was very convenient that the hotel have an on site services (pay as you go) for clothes wash and dry, ironing. It was very convenient for us to use especially when we get ready to the next destination.
The location is being tagged in the red light district, so we were cautious to be not roaming around late night. Although, we feel safe walking around during the day.

The staff and location were terrific. Friendly and helpful staff. Location was near train station but also near restaurants, grocery store and a residential neighborhood. Our room was in the back and was extremely quiet. Slept with the windows open. Breakfast buffet was well stocked and varied. Breakfast staff were very helpful.
The hotel has laundry facilities which is very convenient. HOWEVER, the dryer is some energy efficient machine that doesn’t heat up too much. It took over two hours to dry some synthetic workout shirts and pants. The front desk staff explained this to me. Apparently, it’s normal for these dryers to take over two or three hours to dry, “ain’t nobody got time for that”.
But that’s my only complaint. It’s was a great stay.

Le petit-déjeuner est pharaonique, bravo !
La sécurité des accès aux chambres via la carte.
L’hôtel est relativement silencieux.
Il n’y avait pas d’étagères pour poser ses vêtements, je ne sais pas pour les autres chambres, seul un support pour une valise et nos vestes !
La poubelle de la salle de bains n’était pas vide…
