We have been coming here for a number of years and find the apartment,location and all of the grounds in Los Granados excellent for our needs
As i have said we have been to this apartment for a number of years and i dont like to criticize it but this year we thought it was looking a little bit tired ..ie there were 2 broken chairs stacked on the balcony and no back cushions at all on 2 of the outdoor sofas which made it virtually impossible to sit on them and the cushions you sit on were totally worn out .....we asked Duquesa estates about booking for next year and were told that the price had gone up significantly , i could be mistaken but unless the apartment is away to get a total renovation i cant see the justification for such a large increase ..we would love to to come back next year and hope the owner has a wee rethink regarding the price

Lovely large wrap around balcony, and the apartment is a great size and adequately supplied with all the bits needed for everyday living. The views and the apartments position are fantastic.
Sewer smell from the bathrooms, floors had been vacuumed but not washed and we're filthy, outdoor furniture cushions were torn and not in great condition and the sofas had nylon type covers on them which just made you sweaty, towelen throws would have been much better.

Excellently located rooftop apartment, well appointed and spacious both inside and outside. The outdoor space is great for stunning views of the coast and relaxtion in general.
The showers were not great, shower heads need cleaning or changed, also the shower curtains were not particularly clean. Pity the master bedroom was not a double bed, single beds very firm and could do with a matress topper.
