This luxurious villa, perched on the coast, offers an exceptional 180° panoramic view of the sea, the Rock of Gibraltar and the African coasts, transforming every sunrise and sunset into a magical moment. Located in a quiet and safe residential area, it combines prestige, comfort and relaxation.
Villa features:
4 spacious bedrooms, each elegantly furnished.
4 modern bathrooms equipped with luxury showers.
The villa can accommodate up to 8 travellers, to which a maximum of 2 babies aged 0 to 3 years can be added. Two cots can be set up on request, one in the master bedroom and the other in the lower level space.
The fourth bedroom is located on the lower level, in a large space that also includes a shower room, a small lounge and a pool table. The bed, lounge and pool table are in this same space.
A fully equipped kitchen, opening onto a large bright lounge, perfect for relaxing and sharing pleasant moments.
Air conditioning and heating, for ideal comfort in all seasons.
Complete equipment: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, juice press, electric iron.
Exterior and impressive view:
A large private pool, with sea views, for unique moments of relaxation.
A carefully maintained garden and a south-west facing terrace, ideal for enjoying optimal sunshine and sunsets over Gibraltar.
