Avis et évaluations

The reception staff, Bianca and Armando, are exceptional. They are extremely friendly and helpful for whatever you might need. The hotel is very fortunate to have such hardworking and loyal staff members. Additionally, the cleaning and maintenance staff do a wonderful job as well. Everything is kept neat and tidy. They are always cleaning and the place looks wonderful. I especially like the different towel arrangements on the bed each day. Very cute.

The property centrally located close to the ADO bus station and 5th Avenue with plenty of restaurants close by.
As mentioned and many of the other reviews, the rooms were quite humid and nothing you hung up was able to dry the water pressure and the shower was very weak. It also took about five minutes for the water and the shower to heat up. Also, the television did not work.

The location and staff were great! It's a really cute hotel and great for the price!
The Air conditioner wasn't as cold as usual.

Le réceptionniste ne semblait pas informé de l’offre booking et a essayé de me facturer doublement, heureusement que j’ai été vigilante et lui ai montré ma réservation au prix indiqué sur booking
