L'emplacement est très bon, mais l'hôtel semble vieux. Il n'avait pas de draps chauds, pas assez de serviettes non plus. On n'a pas été capable d'allumer la télé. José de la réception était aimable et souriant.
Dans le stationnement il y avait de l'eau stagnante. À l'arrivée ils nous ont dit que nous devions payer une charge de service additionnelle, Ce n'était pas beaucoup, mais on ne savait pas; je n'aime pas ce type de surprises.

We had a great stay. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location was excellent — close to the main street and everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking is also available, although spaces are limited.
The building is a little older and the pool could use some updating, but this did not bother us at all. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would recommend this hotel. 😊

The best part is definitely the location in the city center, very close to Fifth Avenue, which makes it easy to get around and have everything nearby. I also want to highlight the front desk staff, who were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. In terms of cleanliness, it was acceptable.
there are several areas that need improvement. Noise is a major issue — you can hear absolutely everything from outside, including construction, music and traffic which makes it difficult to rest. The mattresses are extremely soft, to the point of being uncomfortable.
Additionally, the hotel is in need of renovation. The furniture looks quite old. The pool is also very small and appears neglected, not inviting at all for spending time or relaxing.
