Nice breakfast, was upgraded to a suite for my one night stay which was a lovely surprise, nice swimming pool which I used twice and comfortable bed.

Although I was upgraded to a suite the main attraction in this was the jacuzzi bath however the controls had been taken out of this, so I couldn't use it- this wasn't communicated to me during check in which was a bit disappointing.

From the moment I entered this hotel, everything went perfectly. The young man at reception is one of most professional people in hotel business I ever came across, so kind, helpful, I even got improved room. Room was very spacious, sparkling clean and I loved the bed and balcony with a view. I even used the pool, and the breakfast and coffee I had were also great.

Everything was perfect, 10/10

The property is a charming family-run business with exceptionally friendly and warm staff who make you feel welcome. The location is ideally placed for exploring Montecatini, to experience the wellness services that a spa town can offer.

There is nothing negative to say about this property. I definitely recommend to anyone coming to Montecatini to choose it as their base. It's excellent value for money.

le petit déjeuner était super, le personnel de salle très accueillant , nous avons choisi cet hotel grâce aux photos des salons qui correspondaient à un 4 étoiles,

L'accueil de la réception avec un manque d'information, pas à l'écoute des clients" personnel indifférent "pas d'information données sur les fonctionnements des équipements (sauna etc...) nous n'avons jamais eu un quatre étoiles sans possibilité de chauffage pour la chambre et salle de douches Hotel très bruyant, manque de respect de certains clients (groupes) qui ne se gênent pas à parler fort à n'importe quelle heure de la nuit Rideaux de la chambre un peu grisâtres...difficilement coulissants ! placard abimé, coffre minuscule, salle de bains : pression d'eau chaude faible , piano bar absent, manque d'ambiance cela ne donnait pas envie de se poser devant un apéro, dommage pour le décor !
