Un super accueil dès notre arrivée, nous avons adoré l'espace dans notre chambre, la piscine et le service au top pour l'apéro. Le petit déjeuner est très bon. Nous recommandons vraiment cet hôtel à Saint-Domingue avec un personnel au top et un cadre très sympa.

Room was extremely spacious
Pool crew were great and the working bond was definitely seen
Franklin Orosco, Bell-Hop was extremely helpful and provided additional information of the facilities and the surrounding area
1. Room service Pickup, Needs Improvement, experienced tray picked up after 15 hours
2.Breakfast ends too early
3.With One restaurant on site, menus should be tailored to Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, not one menu ..Maybe theme Nights

Overall expérience was good
1. We had to fill the tub in order to take the bath because the water was not be able to raise on shower . Was frustrating with 2 kids and my wife .
2. The was part was the restaurant : some one did give us a table , but after 7 min i had to Chase 2 Times a server to bring us culteries . I always have excellente service at breakfast . This Time , it was a awfull .
