The cleanliness, the privacy and the facilities.
The slowness of the employees- we had to call 3+ time to request for an iron and ironing board and they kept on saying they’re coming and there was about 30+ minutes intervals between the calls

Our stay was wonderful , hubby and I both loved it.
We asked the cleaner who was cleaning our room to assist us with opening a full bottle of water assigned to our room as the bottler cap was faulty, on our return when our room was cleaned .we found our bottle of water opened, half full on top of the outside table 😞

The location.
Overpriced for what you get. Had to constantly ask for fresh towels, drinking water. Be careful the Booking.com price is not the price you pay. I was charged more than what I should have, paid under duress, will take it up with their head office.
