The great location walking distance to the beach and boat bays.
Takeaways are in the area as well as a small local post office convenience store.
It's self service check in, so you don't have to chat with any receptionist. And when I need some help, I could contact to the hotel side through booking.com app and the person answering my inquiry was really nice and really quick to respond me which was really nice.
The broken tile of the bathroom and the stinky shower curtain and old clacked shower handle. No outlet available for charging a phone next to the bed.
Only chargeable spot was right next to the entrance door which makes me feel a bit scary security-wise.
Weed smell outside of the residence only door put me off too.

The location couldn't be better as a stop off point on the Moray coastal track - 2 minutes from the sea and the walk ways. Very quiet and cosy with plenty of space.
The rooms are a bit dated and could use some modernising/refreshing.

Very good well-equipped ensuite room. Very clean and very quiet. The hotel is located in the town centre so is very convenient for local amenities and attractions. Entry is via a staircase so its not suitable for wheelchairs .

No breakfast included. Pleasant location.
Unfortunately, there was no electricity in the town during my stay so it was difficult to get around my room and accordingly it was not possible to have any refreshments or food.
