I was hurt and it’s in middle of island , I wanted to derives.

I absolutely LOVED my stay here. The rooms were clean and beautiful, the staff were amazing. It was great value for money, PLUS you get to use the day beds at the Scallywags beach club. Must stay!

Nothing

It was in an amazing location with everything close by. The room was so nice (especially the comfy bed). We even had a cat join us! It just popped up in our room, we have no clue how. It didn’t belong to the owners/ retreat. We also got sooo many towels which is so unusual but great.

The shower was a little tiny but nothing to worry about

Everything is outdated, the pool is dirty and extremely cold, and the accommodation itself was full of mold and humidity. We could barely breathe in the room. We asked for a full refund so we could move to another accommodation, but instead, they offered us another room. Unfortunately, even that room had a strong mold smell as soon as we turned on the air conditioning. It was a nightmare. Perhaps this was once a good hotel, but it seems that very little has been done to renovate or maintain it over the years. The property is in desperate need of investment and proper maintenance. On top of everything, we were given only one beach towel for two people, with the explanation that the others were in the laundry.

I am extremely disappointed. The only reason I am giving this accommodation a score of 6 is that they offered us an alternative room after we raised our concerns. Otherwise, based on the condition of the property and our overall experience, I would have rated it a 1 or 2 at most.
